Looking for a Student Flatmate in Edinburgh

Currently, we are two people studying at the University of Edinburgh and are looking for a new student flatmate, planning to stay for at least one year for their studies. We have been living in this flat for two years now with no problems, and expect our new flatmates to fit right in alongside us. One of us owns a Labrador service dog, so you must be friendly with dogs. We are usually busy with studies, but my flatmate Ambrose often hosts gaming/movie nights in their room. Flat is council tax exempt.
