Looking for Student Flatmates in Edinburgh

Currently, we are two people studying at the University of Edinburgh and are looking for two student flatmates, planning to stay for at least one year for their studies. We have been living in this flat for two years now with no problems, and expect our new flatmates to fit right in alongside us. One of us owns a Labrador, so you must be friendly with dogs. We are usually busy with studies, but occasionally have social gatherings. Flat is council tax exempt. Rent numbers are not fixed yet, as we have not received the exact figure, and they can vary by £10-20.
