- Shared garden (with cats)
- Top floor of a three level flat, so must be okay with stairs.

The Area:
- Right next to the meadows
- Sainsbury's and Scotmid 5 minute walk away, Lidl 20 minute walk, 30 minutes to Princes Street.
- Good bus connections.

The Flatmates:
- Joint tenancy
- Sharing with three female, professional flatmates.
- We are kind, respectful and fun. Looking for someone similar.
- We mainly keep to ourselves but sometimes have dinner and chat together.

Looking for:
