Spacious room in Marchmont flat

Hi, we’re Sophie and Therese. We’re looking for someone to take over our flatmate’s room in Marchmont from the start of August.

The flat is in a perfect location within the city, with the Meadows on our doorstep and local amenities close by. It’s a basic flat, but we’ve gone to great effort to make it cosy and homely.

You’ll be sharing with two girls (both 24). Sophie is a nurse who has been living in Edinburgh for several years, and Therese is from Australia and works in museums. We’re both friendly and welcoming people who enjoy cooking together and having wee movie nights.

Rent: £675
Deposit: £166
(Rent and deposit may be subject to change once the landlord approves the tenancy change.)

Bills: Approximately £110 (including Council Tax, Band E)
Available from: 4th August

Amenities: Fully furnished flat. Unfortunately, there is no living room; however, the advertised room is spacious and comes with a sofa and large desk. Additional storage is available in the hallway.

Flatmate preferences:
We’re looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate, preferably another female. Ideally, a professional for council tax reasons. No pets.
