Who You’ll Be Sharing With:

You will be sharing the flat with a friendly, welcoming young couple. We also have Harley, our medium-sized dog, who has a very shy and quiet personality. On the weekends, we work and tend to come home late, and we will be using the kitchen area when we get back. Overall, we enjoy a relaxed, clean, and peaceful home environment. We are looking for a flatmate who shares the same values

Ideal Flatmate:
Must be a student (female preferred).
Strictly a non-smoker and non-vaper
Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
Respects a quiet environment with no loud music and strictly no parties
Willing to share some light household chores ( eg. taking out the rubbish, keeping common areas tidy, and participating in recycling).
Respects our strict no-overnight-guests policy. Please let us know in advance if you plan to invite friends for a visit during the day.
Lodger position will last until the end of the academic year, with a review in June 2027.
