Large Double Room for Student in Marchmont

Hello!

I am going on exchange next semester (from January 2015 onwards) and so I am looking for another student to take up my room in Marchmont.

My room is a large double room, fully furnished. It has good storage and has good lighting (especially from the sky-light). The double bed is very comfortable and the area where I have my desks is great for doing work.

The flat itself is overlooking the meadows in a really great location (Marchmont is a very student-busy area and we are a five minute walk from George Square and other uni buildings). We are on the top floor of the building and the flat consists of two levels. My room is on the top level. We share a spacious kitchen/living room area, a bathroom, a box room (to watch TV) and plenty of storage space dotted around (including an attic room).

I live with four other students (three girls, one boy) who study at the University of Edinburgh in different subjects (all second year). They are great people to live with and are studious as well as social. The flat is clean and easy to relax in.

The rent is £430 and the bills (including very fast broadband) come to around £30. Before you moved in, I would have to inform my flat company and we would sign papers, etc, to make it official.
