Double Room available in Marchmont student flat!

One or both of my current flatmates will be moving out so there will be space freeing up for a new flatmate in September!

I'm a second year (going in to third year) philosophy student, and I'm involved with the University Film Society as well as running my own film production company.

The flat is on Strathearn Road, and is about a 15 minute walk from campus and 20 minute walk from King's Building. The area is lovely, with lots of shops, takeaways and cafes a short walk away.

The flat itself has recently been renovated in many areas and is very spacious. The living room is spacious with a HD TV and two newly bought sofas. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with plenty of cooking and storage space, as well as a washing machine in the back room. The bathroom was completely renovated a few months ago, and so has fantastic, new facilities, such as a high-power shower. The rooms available are similar large size, with double beds, wardrobes and desks in both.
