Bright quiet cosy room in lovely flat

One double bedroom in a big Marchmont flat to rent out, available from 26Nov. The bedroom is cozy, with the flat having a big living room and sit-in kitchen, 10min to the Royal Mile. Broadband, washing machine, shared garden and lovely views onto the meadows. I had the kitchen redone just now and at last there is a dishwasher as well! As working from home (in fact in the kitchen), I would prefer somebody working away during the day.
I am tidy, sociable and like to cook (and share a chat, a meal and a wine occasionally). But also appreciate if you want to have your own space. If you are interested in tennis, perfect location as the courts are just across the Meadows! In
