Bright quiet cosy room in lovely flat

One double bedroom in a big Marchmont flat to rent out. The bedroom is cozy, with the flat having a big living room and sit-in kitchen, 10min to the Royal Mile. Broadband, washing machine, shared garden and lovely views onto the meadows. I had the kitchen redone recently and at last there is a dishwasher as well! As working from home (in fact in the kitchen), I would prefer somebody working away during the day.
I am tidy, sociable and like to cook (and share a chat, a meal and a wine occasionally). But also appreciate if you want to have your own space. If you are interested in tennis, perfect location as the courts are just across the Meadows!
Currently the Bathroom is being redone, and I will need to clean up the flat after this is done, hence I am looking to rent out again from roughly 5Jan. I do prefer short-term lets.
