Double room in great flat in Newington near meadow

We've got a great double room in our flat in Newington. It's set back from the street so quieter and still in a great location just near the corner of the meadows.
Double room which is a decent size (pictures don't do it justice) in a three share. It has a really great living room with loads of light and seating space and a separare kitchen (again pictures make them look small).
For me it's more about the people you're moving in with:
I'm Ross and into heaps of outdoor sports including whitewater kayaking, climbing, snowboarding and mountain biking as well as spending time juggling in between doing my PhD in environmental engineering.
Face is a cycle courier and very into bikes and enjoys getting outside for a ride or just to be outside.
We both work weekdays 9-5ish so looking for someone similar as it's great to hang out in the evening rather than living with a ghost because you're on different schedules.

Rent is £333pm + bills (average out less than £100pm) with an initial 6 months agreement and one month rent deposit.
Room is available from 5th August.
