Bright and cosy flat in Marchmont

Hello there,

Sadly, our flatmate is leaving to go home so we are looking for someone to replace her.

This flat is located just off the Meadows with a few local shops along the road, and slightly bigger supermarkets 15-20 minutes walk away.

The room available is fairly sized and has a 3/4 bed, a wardrobe with plenty of space, a big chest of drawers and views out to the garden (which we have access to aswell).

There is also a separate toilet in the flat.

Bills and Council Tax are included, along with Wi-Fi; permit parking available on street.

I am a quiet friendly individual who is happy both in company and on my own. I am a Pediatric nurse and currently working at the Sick Kids.
Our other flatmate, Dan, is a doctor who will be busy with his shifts but always up for a chat!

We are both pretty easy going, however, due to the nature of our jobs, we do appreciate some quiet time every now and then to recharge ourselves! Therefore, NO PARTY ANIMALS PLEASE. I appreciate everyone is different and has their own quirks when sharing a flat, but I’d expect the communal areas are kept clean and tidy☺️

We are looking for somebody who is fairly sociable, but also respects the privacy of others. We are keen to have somebody to cook a meal with and watch a film with every now and then in the evenings after work and just chill out; would love to be flatmates as well as friends- someone to explore the city with, go out for coffees, drinks etc.
