Spacious, ensuite double

Large ensuite double bedroom in a beautifully maintained, quiet, spacious, architect refurbished, 1st floor Victorian tenement.

My lovely flatmate Jo is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to share the (ample) space with me! My name is Liam — I'm a Scottish designer and have lived in this wonderful flat for just over a year now. I have a friendly, well trained dog (Lola the Boston Terrier, she's tiny!); she comes to work with me and sleeps in my room.

There's plenty of shared (huge living room, large kitchen with seating area and a spare room) and private spaces (your room's also huge with an ensuite) to make your own.

Utility bills (electricity, gas) and high-speed broadband are included — the only thing not covered is council tax, which comes to roughly £80/month.

We also have a cleaner that comes once a week — this is also included in the cost. Everything is split down the middle. Preferably looking for a single professional.
