We are a social researcher, a psychologist/statistician, and a final year PhD student, looking for a new flatmate to join us in our spacious and elegant apartment in Marchmont, just a minute from Bruntsfield Links.
The room is a box-room with a double bed, desk, cupboard, wardrobe and remote controlled skylight.
The flat has cosy communal spaces: a large living room with a piano and a spacious kitchen.
We are seeking tenants who are liable for council tax, which they will share with Max (Band E - £175). Part-time students are particularly welcome!
Electricity, Gas + Broadband come to approx. £35 pp/month (averaged over the whole year). This includes keeping the flat reasonably warm in winter!
