I am renting the other bedroom in my house. The house is located in the Mayfield area I am looking to rent it for a period of 3-4 months, quite flexible with that. The area is nice and quiet, bus stop right in front of the house takes you to Edinburgh city centre in less than an hour.
About me: I am a 28 years old professional. In my spare time, I like reading, yoga, go out for coffee and cook. I am tidy and laidback. I like the occasional glass of wine but not a party person.
Who I’m looking for: a young female professional or student , who hopefully can be a friend as well as a flatmate. Someone who is not a party person, that will respect and keep the house tidy.
