Single room available in modern spacious flat.

Flat is fully furnished with large kitchen.
All amenities supplied such as broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, sky TV.

At the moment the room has a single Devan bed which can pop up into a double. Two double wardrobes, shelving unit and bedside table with lamp. Would be happy to add in a desk for anyone who needs one.

Flat is in a nice quiet area, lots of lovely scenery around with views over the Pentlands and ArthurSeat. Easy commute into Edinburgh and surrounding areas via great bus links and new Borders railway. Flat also has its own parking space which you are welcome to use.

I'm 28 female and work in the railway. When I'm not at work I like to take trips, go to the gym or cook and have a night in with a glass of wine. I'll be working away for six months and will be home every other weekend so you will mostly have the place to yourself! :)
