The apartment is very spacious with brand new furnishings. The double room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk (if required). The room is bright with blackout blinds and It has a very spacious second bathroom.

The living and dining area is open plan with lovely views. The surrounding area is quiet.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Morningside which provides access to restaurants, bars and shops. The bus stop is outside the block which provides routes to Edinburgh city centre.
