Comfortable double room in South Morningside

Lovely well furnished very spacious double room in my flat in South Morningside. The flat is warm, modernised, and well cared for and the bills are economical - there is double glazing. The shared kitchen is large and has dishwasher etc and dining table, there is also a utility room with cupboards and washing machine. The garden at the back of the flat is colourful and sunny.

The most important thing is I have three black cats (lots of luck!) - they are well behaved and friendly. This means my lodgers have to be cat people who are happy to have them around.

Morningside is a great area - good bus routes, good cafes and restaurants, our own community cinema. The flat is about 7 minutes walk from the centre of Morningside. previous lodgers have been post grad students at the Vet school, at Kings Buildings (he walked there and back each day and was very fit! There is a bus!), and the History Department at Edin Uni. The Royal Edinburgh Hospital is just down the hill as is Napier Univ.

The Braid Hills and the Hermitage of Braid are five minutes away - great for walking, running etc.
We're quite a quiet household but friendly. There is no shared sitting room - the room is really big with space to relax etc - I keep the sitting room for my private space.
