6 Week Let in Morningside

Hi,

I am away for the summer and looking for someone to take my lovely room whilst I am away. The room is available from 9/06/19 until 31/07/19.

The room is nice and big, with a great kingsize bed and nice high ceilings with a big window overlooking the shared garden. I like to sit there and read! The room has lots of interesting artwork on the walls (which you can remove if preferred, but please respect that they are my precious belongings!). There is plenty of storage with a huge wardrobe, draws under the bed, blanket box and book shelf, which will all be emptied for your use. I will provide clean bedding for your use. The kitchen is where we socialise and has all the pots and pans you could ever need- we have 3 cheese graters in case we all need to grate cheese at the same time! haha! We also have a couch in the kitchen where we can all watch telly together. The bathroom is very small but the shower is AMAZING!

The flat is very relaxed and friendly, my housemates are VERY funny. We like to socialise, but also like time on our own in our rooms. I think you'd have a great time in our flat for the summer! We have a cat, Miso, who is incredibly friendly and cuddly. He spends a lot of time outside though and can be shut out of bedroom if you'd prefer him not in your room.

Morningside is a beautiful area of Edinburgh. We are a couple of minutes walk from a highstreet with all the shops you will need, including supermarkets. There is a bus stop outside the flat with excellent links to the city, which takes 20 mins by bus to Princes Street. We are very well located for the Kings Building Campus, which takes about 25 minute walk. There is on street parking available. We are located very close to the Hermitage of Braid park and nature reserve which offers amazing views of the city.

Rent includes all bills and zero deposit needed.
