Double bedroom available in Morningside

Hi all,

I'll be leaving Edinburgh at the beginning of November and I'm looking for a replacement tenant to share a 2 bed flat in Morningside.

Beautiful flat, recently been renovated before we moved in last month. Ample free private parking available onsite. Sorry, the room is only available for professionals (no students) and someone who will keep the place nice and tidy. Ideally looking for a long term let.

Monthly costs

Rent: £475
Council tax: Band D
Wifi: £14
Electricity: Fluctuates. No gas at property.

The letting agent is Hadden & Rankin. Once a potential tenant has been chosen, they will complete the application and referencing process with them.

We hope to hold viewings next week to give the letting agent plenty of time to carry out their checks.
