Cozy, bright room for rent

Hello :)
We are looking for a chill new flatmate to share a lovely top floor flat with. The rent is £800 per month, all bills and council tax included.

The room:
It comes with a double bed, a tall wardrobe, a bedside table, and an office table. There is also space for more storage solutions if needed. It gets a lot of evening sun and heats well in the winter.

The flat:
It is located in Bruntsfield/Morningside with shops, cafés and supermarkets close by. There are great bus connections to the city centre and the Meadows are a 15 minute walk away.

It comes equipped with:
- fully fitted kitchen, incl. microwave, fridge/freezer etc.
- washer dryer
- gas central heating
- double-glazing
- spacious living room
- bathroom with a shower/bathtub unit
- separate toilet

The new flatmate:
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, who keeps the common areas clean, is financially reliable and takes responsibility.
That said, it would be nice to spend some time together, become friends and make the flat feel like a home. Equally, we love our downtime and respect boundaries and privacy, and would expect the same from a new flatmate.

About us:
Kyle is a metal head, I am a plant nerd and we don't take each other too seriously. We both work full-time and spend most evenings at home in the living room just chilling, gaming or watching stuff. To be social we go out to Karaoke quite regularly, which you would be welcome to join us for. We are open-minded, happy to try new things and interested in people from all walks of life.
