Master Bedroom in Morningside - Sublet

We have a spacious double room available for up to 6 months from September 1st in our flat in Morningside 10 minute walk from the meadows and 2 minutes from Waitrose supermarket and 10 minute from Tesco. There is a large living area and bathroom plus access to a garden. The flat has a very laid back atmoshere so you will be able to go about your day freely. Aside from the rent bills usually work out around £40-£50 per month - wifi £11 Gas/Electric £25-40 plus council tax of £62. The room is furnished and allthough will not come with all the items in the pictures, it will include a large TV next to the bed and desk to work at. It's a great room and is well lit and in a great location. I am currently not at the property so would not be able to conduct a viewing currently - would be happy to take a video call near the time and possibly arrange something with the current flatmate if you needed to view.
