The flat also has a huge, bright living room as well as a full kitchen and dining area with plenty of pantry storage.
The rent is £450 per month, this does not include bills (utilities, broadband and council tax) which are around £100 per month.
The location on Morningside Road is close to loads of cafes, restaurants and independent shops, with great public transport to the city centre.

We are looking for respectful, clean and tidy flatmates, ideally professionals but we would also consider mature students who are happy to pay council tax.
