Modern Double Bedroom to Let - Morningside

Hi lovely people! My dear photographer flatmate is sadly moving out soon and I am looking for someone to replace her.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and is very sunny, cosy and (importantly) warm - has double glazing in all rooms.

The flat has a shared living room and kitchen with plenty of storage place. There are plenty of bus services such as No 11, 16, 36, 5, 23 to the city centre. We have lots of coffee shops and supermarkets near the flat.

The large double bedroom with a very nice view of the Morningside area. I'm looking for a person to share the flat. Kitchen/living room and the bathroom will be the common places. Our flat is well equipped and has double glazed windows.

The bedroom has a double-sized mattress, a desk and a very wide cupboard for clothes and etc.

Utility bills, broadband bills will be shared and calculated monthly.

Council Tax is D band.

There is a very big garden available to use behind the building.
