Professional student seeking flatmate

I have just moved into a beautiful spacious flat in Morningside with double glazing and gas central heating. I am seeking a quiet flatmate who like myself enjoys company but also their own space. I have a love of learning and will be drawn to anyone who is a life long learner like myself. I will be studying at home part of the week and hope to be working in the alternative health industry for the other half of the week. This might be online at home. I am passionate about sustainability and for both this reason and health, eat a plant based diet. I am happy to share with anyone whatever their diet, but have to admit I am not a fan of deep fryers. Fitness and health are very important to me. I enjoy music, good company, the occasional drink and lots of laughter! I have recently arrived in Edinburgh after teaching abroad for many years. The flat is in outstanding condition and the tenant will have a beautiful heated bathroom with tub. The council tax is high at £110 EACH a month, with all bills included your monthly total could be £600 depending on how much heating is used.
