Description

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our 3 bed Morningside flat.
We are looking for someone to move in by the 26th of March but we can flexible with moving in from the 15th of March.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and shelves.

The flat has a bathroom with a shower over bath, well equipped kitchen and large living room with a dining table.

It’s located on a main road in Morningside, EH10. We’re very close to bus stops for the 5, 11, 16, 23, 36 & 38 bus routes. To get to Princes Street it’s around a 40 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey. We’re also close to the bypass for easy access out of the city.
On street permit parking is available or there’s free parking only a couple of streets away.
The flat is within walking distance of lots of green spaces including Blackford and Braid Hills.

Rent is £430 each per month. The deposit is one months rent. Bills usually come to around £35 each per month. It’s in Council Tax Band D.
The flat is rented out by a private landlord. He’s always been chill with us and quick to respond if we ever need anything.

You’d be sharing with me and one other flatmate.
I’m a 20 year old female. (Clare) I work full time as a barista so the flat is always well stocked with coffee. I’m a fairly chill flatmate, I like to keep shared areas clean and tidy. In my spare time I love to bake, binge Netflix crime documentaries and cheesy films, go for walks and (pre covid) go out for coffees/have wine nights with my friends.

Currently the other flatmate is Craig. He’s a 20 year old full time student studying Animal and Conservation Biology. He is very friendly and loves to meet new people so he’s always up for a chat and a good time. He is also very tidy so you don’t need to worry about him leaving a mess. He’s planning moving out in May and we’d like to replace him with another female professional for council tax reasons.

Our ideal flatmate would be someone aged around 18-25, preferably female. Ideally a professional for council tax reasons. We’re not really a party flat but (post covid) don’t mind having a few friends over for dinner and drinks etc. Looking for a flatmate who is up for the odd shared meal/drinks/netflix bingeing night but also respects each other’s personal space.

If you’re interested please send me a PM and we can arrange a virtual tour.
