Flat is on the the third (top) floor and is a duplex with 3 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs and living room, kitchen, bathroom and advertised bedroom downstairs. There are 3 big cupboards downstairs so plenty of storage should you need it.
Living room has a sofa bed if you have people coming to visit Edinburgh, the kitchen has a big fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
Everyone upstairs uses the shower upstairs in morning so downstairs shower/toilet is practically private.
Bedroom is 3.5m x 3.4m and feels big, as most tenements it has double heighted ceiling (throughout flat), furnishings include double bed, chest of drawers, set of shelves, bedside unit and a large wardrobe. (I am still packing so please excuse boxes piled in some photos.)
Flat is a good mix that we all get on well and enjoy each others company, organise flat meals/trips etc. but all very independent, and happy to do our own thing.
