About us:
Easy-going, quiet, live-in landlord (professional / tech & financial services) works mostly from home; sometimes away working in London; and travels most weekends to stay / visit with (female) partner, who lives and works in Perth, and who visits to Edinburgh c. one weekend per month.
We currently have one long-term flat share buddy who has loved living here for the past 2 years, but she will move out at end of April. She is F25, professional (accountant / auditor), and would be happy to provide a glowing reference for the flat.
We keep the flat very clean and tidy – our general approach is "clean as we go…"
We do not run a rota for cleaning - we simply clean up after ourselves, always scan for anything that needs cleaning, and proactively just "get it done" in the moment - "paying it forward" for the benefit of all.
About you:
Looking for friendly, quiet, professional, female flat mates, (24+ preferred) who like a clean, tidy and tranquil environment.
Please note: Female preferred please as we find that 2x females sharing & caring for a shared bathroom works much better :)
Non-smokers only please.
