Short-Term Room in Morningside - 20 Jun to 4 Jul

Short-term available in a beautiful and super quiet first-floor two-bedroom flat, just a few minutes walk from Morningside Road shops/cafes/supermarkets etc and approximately 20 minutes bus from Edinburgh city centre. It’s available from now until early July, so would work for someone new to the city who needs a place to stay while they look for a long-term flat, or who’s only here for a couple of weeks.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, bedside table and lamp, and there is a shared bathroom.

The flat is shared with me. I work from home most days.

If staying for a month or less, it’s £240/week including gas, electricity, wifi, council tax (band D) - things like loo roll, washing up liquid etc are included in the weekly rent.

If staying for longer than a month, the rent is £700 + bills + council tax.
