Short-Term Room in Morningside - 1 Apr to 31 July

Room available in a beautiful and super quiet first-floor two-bedroom flat, just a few minutes walk from Morningside Road shops/cafes/supermarkets etc and approximately 20 minutes bus from Edinburgh city centre. The room comes furnished with a king bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, two bedside tables and lamps, and there is a shared bathroom. .

The flat is shared with me. I work from home, so I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who works outside of the flat on weekdays as otherwise we’ll be on top of each other (there isn’t space in the bedroom for a desk). However saying that, I’m in London for 2-3 days every second week and quite often go out and work from a cafe when I’m home, so could probably figure some kind of split out if needed.

Power bills, wifi and council tax (band D) are not included in the weekly rent. Council tax is £106 each, wifi is £20 each, and power is usually around £110 per month between two in spring, depending on usage.
