Double room in Morningside

Hello! My flatmate has just purchased a new flat so I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy. It is a traditional tenement flat on the second floor and is pretty big with a large kitchen and living room. It also comes with a box room for storage and a shared garden. The location is great as the bus stop is just outside the door, with access to lots of shops, restaurants and bars just down the street. The photos of the flat are from the original ad but we've tried to make it cuter and cosier since!

We pay approx £81 each for council tax (and will require a professional to split).

I am 27 and currently work in the office about 3-4 days a week. I am from Canada and have lived here for just over a year and a half. I'd like to think I am easygoing, tidy, and quiet but enjoy being social and friendly with my roommates. I love exploring the city and meeting new people, as well as doing some travelling on my time off.

I am looking for someone who would also like to be friendly in the flat and who is tidy and respectful :)

We've had great experiences with the landlord and have never had any issues. They've requested that the new tenant has a salary of at least £25,000, or a UK based guarantor who earns at least £30,000.
