The flat is a spacious 4 bedroom flat in central Morningside. We share a large living room and a separate kitchen complete with dishwasher (which is due to be renovated April/May). The new tenant will share a newly renovated bathroom with one other tenant as the other two bedrooms have en-suites.
The room has a double bed, desk, big wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also lots of storage space in the shared areas. We live close to many bus routes and are near many shops
We are three friends who know each other from our undergraduate degrees. We are two girls and a gay man so we're open minded and accepting people. We are two full-time workers (one hybrid and the other in person) and a postgrad student. We frequently go to the cinema, pub quizzes, and enjoy spending time together inside the flat. You'd be welcome to join us if you would like no pressure if you're not in the mood.
We're looking for someone who's nice, understands their responsibility in shared accommodation, and happy to join three other people who will try to be the best possible flatmates. You would also need to pass the referencing checks of our letting agency.
The council tax band is E and you'd pay £69.75 a month. We know students can be exempt from this but we are looking for someone who would contribute to it. Our wifi is £8 a month and our energy is roughly £45 a month (but will be going down in the summer). Our rent is £600 pcm but will be going up to £630 from 1st August.
