My flatmate is moving out and I am looking to fill their room for May 1st. Looking to fill this room with a full time working professional preferably.
The flat is a furnished two bedroom space in Morningside! It is close to multiple bus stops making it easy to get around the city. Multiple food shops are within a few mins walking distance as well.
The rent is £550pm this does not include bills. Council tax is band C, internet roughly £18.50 (looking at getting a better deal), bills around £35-45 (depends on the season).
Ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy who will have respect for the common areas we will be sharing.
You will be living with myself, 28 year old full time working professional from Canada. I am friendly and can have the odd chat but prefer to keep to myself.
Please note the photos are a mix of new and old. The desk in the bedroom will be not staying and some storage has not been shown as it is shifted into the entryway of the room.
