One shared bathroom, one kitchen, and a spacious living room with shared access. The building has access to a small back garden. The flat is close to Craiglockhart Hill and conveniently located near several bus lines that go to the city centre.

The room comes with the bed and wardrobe pictured, but is otherwise unfurnished.
