Double Room in Morningside for £650 + Bills

Hey! I'm looking for a working professional to take over a double bedroom in a top-floor flat in Morningside. The rent is £650 a month, plus bills, which comes to about £805 altogether.

The room is cozy with a built-in wardrobe and drawers. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared office space, and plenty of storage. It’s in a great spot with lots of buses into town, permit parking available, and plenty of shops nearby.

A little about me: I'm 25, from North Yorkshire, and have been in Edinburgh for almost three years. I’m active and enjoy running and going to the gym. I love cooking (I’m gluten-free) and like to go out for drinks now and then, but I’m not out every weekend. I also enjoy chill nights in with flatmates, sharing some wine and watching a film. I like to stay busy but also value everyone’s space.
