Description

The flat is a spacious 4 bedroom flat in central Morningside. We share a large living room and a separate kitchen complete with dishwasher. The kitchen is currently undergoing a renovation so is a bit cursed looking atm but will be shiny and new by the time you move in. We have included photos of what it looked like before so you can see the size of the room. The new tenants will share a newly renovated bathroom with one other tenant as the other two bedrooms have en-suites. The two available rooms are on the same floor and the other two rooms are upstairs.

Both rooms have a double beds, desks, big wardrobes and chests of drawers. The pink bed is owned by the previous tenant and there is a normal bed that is in the large storage space within the shared areas. We live close to many bus routes and are near many shops. The charity shops are very good, there are nice bakeries, and there are multiple grocery shops close by.

We are two friends who know each other from our undergraduate degrees. We are a lesbian and a gay man so we're open minded and accepting people. We are a full-time hybrid worker and a postgrad student. We frequently go to the cinema, pub quizzes, and enjoy spending time together inside the flat. You'd be welcome to join us if you would like no pressure if you're not in the mood.

We're looking for someone who's nice, clean, understands their responsibility in shared accommodation, and happy to join two other people who will try to be the best possible flatmates. You would also need to pass the referencing checks of our letting agency. This situation would be ideal for a couple of friends who want to move in together. If you're looking by yourself the first person to get approved by us gets first pick between the rooms.

The council tax band is E and you'd pay £69.75 a month. We know students can be exempt from this but we are looking for someone who would contribute to it. Our wifi is £8 a month and our energy is roughly £50 a month. Our rent is £630 not including the previously mentioned bills.
