- Flat share £600 pcm
- Morningside View on map

Description
A room in this 2-bed flat in Morningside will become available on the 1st of October!
Council tax band C.
Bills, including council tax, come to about £120~150 each month.
The bedroom pictured also has a desk and a reclining armchair.
The bedroom window overlooks one of the streets running along the edge of Morningside Cemetery. There is a shared garden behind the building with clotheslines and a small shed.
You would be sharing with me, a 26 year old software engineer. I'm handy with DIY tools and a soldering iron, and like repairing everything from clothes to electronics. I don't smoke or vape. I enjoy cycling a lot, and have recently got into bouldering too. Spending time outdoors is valuable to me, and I spend much of my spare time working on art, sewing, and learning Japanese.
Although I would like to make friends with flatmates, I also need space to myself. I would prefer someone on the quieter side. I like to keep a clean and tidy flat, and I think being open and respectful about everyone's needs in the flat is important.
I work 9-5 on weekdays, so would only be able to do viewings on weekday evenings or on weekends. If you think you'd be a good fit but can't do those times at all, then you do a viewing with the flatmate who's leaving, and we can do a call or something together.
(Caveat about pets: I put 'yes' on 'Pets considered' for now, because the tenancy agreement does not explicitly forbid pets; it just says you need written confirmation that it's OK from the landlord. I have no idea how likely or unlikely it is that the landlord will agree; I've asked the agency and will update the ad as I find out. Regardless, I would not be comfortable living with a dog.)
