Looking for 2 new roommates who love cats!

Hi! My 2 roomies are unfortunately moving out ☹️ I’m looking for two new ones! I’m 26, Canadian and I have two cute cats. The cats kind of take over the entire flat and make their presence known so you must absolutely adore having cats in your space and hanging out with them! One of my cats, Jack also loves going for walks so if you’re willing to take him, that’s a plus 🥰

The pictures attached are old and not 100% accurate but I’ll be adding better ones eventually! All rooms are similar in size and the same price, I’m not sure if I’m moving to another room yet but we can discuss if you come for a viewing. The flat is also on the ground floor and there’s a private garden in the front and a shared garden in the back!

There’s parking if you have a car (need a permit), bills are approx £70 each + wifi, council tax D so £71 ish each as well.

Here is some more criteria:
- working professionals only
- I work 9-5 in office but would love someone who works from home so Jack and Rufus have a little company (this isn’t essential tho)
- clean and willing to contribute to a cleaning schedule every week
- friendly and sociable (I definitely like my alone time but the occasional flat dinners, outings and movie nights etc would be fun)
- this isn’t a “party flat” so just someone courteous of other people’s work schedules and space

A little more about me, I’m always interested in making new friends and I want to be friends with my roommates, I’m outgoing but also love hobbies like reading, I have a small business selling romance books so I do take up a section of the living room for that and I am not someone who spends all my time in my room, I’m also not a big drinker but I like the occasional fancy cocktail!
