Looking for a tenant to takeover a large spacious bedroom in a 5-bed flat on the first floor of an apartment on Morningside Road. Furniture included.

The changeover will be the start of the 3rd week of December (16th) as I will be moving out to move back home to Canada once my masters program is finished.

There is a kitchen, communal living room, and bathroom. Cost is £710/mont, bills are not included in the price but are fairly reasonable.

There is another large double room for rent in the same flat for the same time if you and someone you know are interested in both rooms, in which I can provide more information and photos for upon request.
