My flatmate has sadly moved out to live with her sister and I’m looking for a young professional female to move in as soon as possible, preferably by 21st November.

The flat is a 2 bed, 1 bathroom, with a lovely shared living space (awaiting new sofa!) and renovated kitchen. The room for rent is a double and is unfurnished (except for a wardrobe that can be kept or donated). Good bus connections into town (5,11,15,16), a 10 min walk from Morningside Road, and near the Hermitage of Braid for pretty walks.

Looking for someone who is tidy and easy-going. I am a 24yo young professional who likes reading, video games and movie nights in, while also enjoying forest walks, art-galleries/museums, fun activities (like mini golf, the cinema, karaoke), and a catch up over a pint.
