We have a spacious room with double bed in our four-bed flat in Morningside, available from December 15th. The flat is situated on the first floor on a quiet street with all amenities and travel links just a couple minutes' walk. We have an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and communal garden.
About the flatmates - we are three professionals, all guys, aged 30 - 40. Tree ecologist, welder, and gardener/arborist.
We're looking for a clean and tidy flatmate in our age range and who is in full-time employment. We're a quiet flat (not a party flat) and appreciate quieter evenings - two of us go to bed around 9pm and get up at 5am for work.
This flat is ideal for someone who just wants to rest after busy work days. We're friendly but don't socialise together much due to our busy lives. We are inclusive and queer friendly.
We all share with cleaning and household bills. The rent is 500 per month, 68 each council tax, approx. 8 each for WiFi, and 35-45 each for gas & electric (depending on the time of year).
As we are looking for someone who will settle in, we're looking for a flatmate with a minimum 12 months stay, ideally longer. Unfortunately not looking for students, and no pets (contract). We have an agent which will do credit checks etc for a flatmate moving in. These checks can take one - two weeks to complete.
