Cozy Double room in Leafy Morningside

Hi!

My flatmates is moving out next month and shes leaving behind a beautiful room, with ample of sunshine facing the south end of Edinburgh and the breathtaking views of Pentlands( pictures included!)

The flat is situated right off Morningside road, famous for its independent cafes, patisseries, local designer shops and a range of charity shops & ofcourse Waitrose! The bus stop is opposite the street from the flat and a 2 min walk with service 11,15,16,23,5 and 36 making their usual routes.

I am looking for someone who is generally just clean and organised, has respect for privacy and as well as shared space. A little about myself, I just graduated from Edi Uni and working full time atm over on grassmarket. I enjoy writing about architecture, psychology and do a bit of peotry and portraiture sketching. I am usually out, either working out at the gym, volunteering at Shelter Scotland ( please pop in for your Christmas cards if you still haven't!) or be at work. However, I also love to spend time and have a cup of tea or or even share a meal with my flatmate whenever possible, always love a movie night!
