Looking for a fourth flatmate to join our friendly flat fam in a beautiful flat in Morningside!

Our current flatmate is moving in with their partner at the end of April and their double bedroom will be available from the start of May. The flat has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, two bathrooms, a utility room with washer and dryer and new double glazing throughout. There’s also a decent sized communal garden/drying green at the back shared with the rest of the building. It’s super conveniently located for shops, cafes, public transit and pretty much anything you could need.

Total costs including bills currently come to a little under £725 a month:
- Rent - £625
- Council tax (Band E) - £58
- Utilities - £31
- Broadband - £9

A little about us – Amanda and Katie both work for a carbon reduction and fuel poverty charity, and I’m a master’s student doing an MSc in sustainability at Edinburgh Uni. Amanda’s a huge philosophy lover, Katie is a plant momma who always has a creative project (or 5!) on the go and I’m really into video games and live music. We’re an all LGBTQ+ flat atm 🌈

Our flat is really chilled out and sociable – we love going out to pub quizzes and having a wander round the local charity shops together, but we’re equally happy just hanging out drinking tea and chatting until too late in the evening.
