We’re three women (in our late twenties/early thirties) looking for someone to join our cozy flat in the heart of Morningside! We’re social, laid-back, and enjoy catching up over a glass of wine, a cup of coffee or shared diners. Ideally, we’re looking for a woman who is in her late twenties/early thirties who’s like-minded, friendly, and happy to join in on the occasional chat or chill evening at home watching a film or catching up on a TV show. But we also understand the need for introverted time as we all need our own.

About the flat:

Bright single room

Shared large kitchen and living area

Shared garden (really nice for summer barbecues!)

Please note there is only one bathroom.

Council tax included - bills not included are Gas & Electricity around £40 to £60 per month depending on the time of the year, Wifi £11/month and stair cleaners £11/every 2 months.

Located in a quiet but vibrant area, with easy access to local cafes, shops, and public transport - 30 min walk to Haymarket or direct buses to Waverley. Large Waitrose 5min walk, local Sainsbury's and m&s food close by as well.

Currently finishing her masters in art psychotherapy. Enjoys cooking and sharing meals over a glass of wine, going to art galleries, socialising, cinema and art making such.

Kerstin She/Her 31
Kerstin is Irish and moved to Edinburgh last year, she works as a civil servant and is looking to study psychology. She loves writing, painting and movies.

Agnes She/Her 30
Agnes studied fine arts and films and currently works in digital/in person events. She loves live music (varied taste - from jazz to techno) going to the cinema, cooking vegan food and cuddling with the neighbour's cat.
