Spacious room in shared flat in Morningside

🌼Hello! I’m looking someone to take over my room in a four bedroom flat is located in Morningside. The flat is currently exempt from council tax because the flatmates are social work students, however this will end in May as all tenants complete the program! The flat is council tax band E.
💷The costs are- £587/month rent, wifi is £14/month, electricity and gas varies - typically about £40/month, less in the warmer months. Everyone is a laid back bunch that enjoy having get togethers occasionally.

🌼A little more about me and the flat: I’m leaving due to a job opportunity, however the other flatmates are absolutely my best friends- and excellent people to live with! We all enjoy spending time together cooking, sharing meals, crafting, watching movies, and hosting small gatherings. ☕️🎈
We are an LGBT friendly household and do not tolerate hate speech in any form.
We are all international students and have lived in Scotland for 1 1/2 years.

About the room: The room is very spacious and gets plenty of sunlight! The room fits a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and dresser and a couch. All furniture is included apart from the couch. The community of Morningside is quiet and friendly, with many amenities located steps away! There are beautiful parks nearby, in addition to the hermitage of braid and pentland hills.
