Hi everyone! I am looking for a friendly young female professional (preferably aged 22-26) to take over my current house mates tenancy. No students allowed due to council tax reasons. Looking for someone who is going to stay for at least 6 months.
The flat itself is light and spacious. It is one of the most clean, bright, and well kept flats I’ve ever stayed in, so looking for someone who will also maintain and respect the flat. Your room will be located at the back of the tenement still flat (3rd floor), overlooking the communal garden.
The flat is located in the lovely Morningside area, and is conveniently positioned opposite a bus stop which will take you directly into town. There are shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and lots of cafes within walking distance.
About me: Hi I’m Emily, a 22 year engineer who moved up to Edinburgh for my job last summer. I love getting outside hiking, walking or running. So although I am relatively busy and may not always be around it would be nice to have someone to share meals, drinks, and a laugh in the kitchen with.
