Cozy room in Victorian flatshare

Hi there!

We are looking for some to take over my cozy small double room at the vibrant centre of Morningside. 2 mins to Bus stop/Waitrose/MS and 20 mins to Princes Street by bus.

We are a mixture of phd students and young professionals from China and the UK, and you will be sharing the common areas (kitchen/living room and bathroom) with one other girl and two guys.

The flatmates are a sociable bunch that respect personal boundaries. People can be quite busy with work, but we also try to hangout in the living room when possible, have occasional flat dinners and trips etc. so may not be suitable for someone that likes to keep to themselves most of the time.

We are looking for another female to join the flat, ideally a phd/mature student who’s willing to pay council tax.

The flat will be available from the 1st of August, or potentially end of July. Rent 600 pcm + bills/tax.
