Double bedroom in Morningside

We have a spacious double bedroom in our lovely flat in Morningside for the month of August (dates flexible for end of July/start of September). All bills included in rent.

We have a private garden and there is free on street parking very close. Good bus links to city centre.

My husband I are planning to be away for most of the month so you will have the house to yourself but there may be the odd day we are there. We also have a friendly cocker spaniel so must be okay with dogs. We would be open to considering a well behaved pet.

We are looking for someone who will take care of our house and not upset our neighbours.
Would consider negotiating on price for the right person. Single occupant preferred but will consider couples.
