Small room available for festival period

I am looking for someone to rent a small room for the festival period . They would be sharing with me a retired but busy person and the other lodger who is from Kenya who is a postgraduate medical researcher with Edinburgh university . It is convenient for buses .shops and parks It is a very peaceful and leafy area and might be suitable for someone performing in the festival .who wants a quiet place to stay . The rent includes gas , electricity ,broadband and council tax . Good as a base but not. much in-house entertainment . The shower and bathroom are shared. If you are interested please email me some details and I will answer you if possible . Oh the room has an internal staircase so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems
