Flatmate wanted to take over a double room in a spacious 2 bed top floor morningside flat.
Unfortunately my current flatmate is having to move out! move in date is flexible but ideally sometime in September .
The room:
Double room with built in wardrobe
Comes furnished and has a desk
The rest of the flat:
1 other double room (mine), large living room/dining room, separate kitchen and bathroom.
The flat is in a quiet development with a private parking space available. Super close to morningside shops/cafes and walks around the braids/blackford hills. Less than 10 min drive to bypass so also good for commuting.
Rent is £675 per month excluding bills. Looking for another professional to help with council tax (band E). Bills/wifi etc on top of this - these are likely around £175 a month
Will need to be vetted by letting agent so must be-able to either prove income or have a UK based guarantor.
About me:
I’m a 29 year old female working at the sick kids in edinburgh. Preferably looking for another professional of similar age (or someone willing to contribute to council tax). I work shifts so need someone who is considerate of others when it comes to nightshifts etc!
I enjoy hiking, wild swimming and the outdoors in general. Also enjoy a cosy night in with a cup of tea, brunch and eating out! I have flatshared in Edinburgh and beyond for the past 8 years.
