Napier University is very close and Edinburgh University is across the meadows, roughly a 20 min walk.

Great location with Princes Street being only a short 20 min walk away. Haymarket & Waverley train station are both within walking distance of the flat. There is a bus stop 1 min walk away with a wide selection of services going to locations throughout Edinburgh and beyond.

The private bedroom is fully furnished. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
