Looking for a Flatmate

Hi, my flatmates (2f and 1m) and I looking for someone (students only) to take over my friend's lease. The lease is month-to-month but we are looking for someone who would want to stay there from sep 15/October 2025 to August 2026. It is on Comiston Road. It is a 27 min bus ride to the uni of edinburgh, 25 min bus ride to Vet School, and an 11 min bus ride to Napier uni. The room has a bathroom in it. It's £715/month. This does not include wifi (£7.25 per person), insurance (£5.03 per person) or electricity. Two are second-year vet students and one is a first-year vet student. We are a pretty social flat so we would like to find someone we could socialize/be friends with.
