You'll be sharing the flat with me, Julien, software engineer, working from home 2 days a week. In my free time I mostly play guitar and video games. I also enjoy cooking and inviting friends for dinner from time to time.
Morningside is a fantastic neighbourhood, very safe, with lots of amenities (supermarkets, cinema, library, cafes, shops, restaurants), all within a short commute to the city centre.
The council tax band is E, which comes down to £85 per person per month. Bills are about £50 per person per month (electricity, gas, full-fibre broadband).
