October bedroom short term let in Morningside

My bedroom is temporarily available for a short period during October so I m urgently looking for someone for short-let. This is perfectly suitable for Edinburgh visitors/students who re looking for a short period living place/professionals who re on a work trip.
The rent for a week is 250 which includes all bills and tax, shorter or longer staying is also negotiable. Beddings will be prepared and room will be cleaned up before your arrival.
The flat is a 3b1b, located next to Morningside Waitrose with direct links to city centre and universities. You’ll be sharing with two easy going, respectful and sociable flatmates. Basic kitchen wares are provided.
The room is fully furnished and there are two large storage rooms. It is a very peaceful neighbourhood with a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops.
